Glad Egan is doing okay. What a brave little guy!!!Tommy why can't you just throw the fish directly on the fire. . .it will taste a lot better!!!
ReplyDeletewe put it in banana leaves to keep it from sticking to the grill. it still gets the good smoky flavor. we'll try it straight on the grill next time...
